G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra - Video Game Preview
Description:
Fresh off the plasticized heels of Transformers, G.I. Joe are the latest toys to try and reinvent themselves as serious heroes. Based on a surprisingly big movie, this pits you as lots of muscley, gun-toting military peeps (Joe isn't one person, see), as you fight for 'good' over deserts, jungles and snowy Arctic regions. From what we've scanned our beedies over, it looks like another balls-on-the-table arcade blast-'em up, with lots of stuff flying over the screen. You can enter the struggle as one of 12+ 'Joes', and really [whispering very quietly], we suspect this might be one for the kids. Maybe... Out in summer 2009
