Athlete 'Black Swan' Review
Never before has there been a band so accessible yet so enjoyable to listen to as Athlete. They’re like the understudy to Coldplay or the warm up act to U2 but way less s**t. We admit they’re absolutely accessible rock but they craft tunes that are easy to listen to and the new album is another step in the direction of brilliance. Little hints of electronica, masses of melody and an abundance of well-written tunes. This is an ace album that you shouldn’t be ashamed of blasting out of your system this summer.
